Garrett Fultz is the Global Asset Lifecycle Management lead providing a breadth of services and tools to improve every aspect of the asset management lifecycle – shortening time to value and increasing capital efficiency. Mr. Fultz has more than 20 years of experience in technology and operations; 13 of which been specifically focused on transforming the way organizations select, plan, manage, build, commission, maintain, operate, and decommission their assets.  He leads a team focused on leveraging people, processes, technology, and data to drive enterprise transformation, predictive analytics, efficient project delivery, robust asset management and the implementation of operating models.

Mr. Fultz provides leadership and expertise to both owner-operator and contractor organizations and their stakeholders to improve project delivery, optimize operations, execute transactions, and drive enterprise transformation.  With experience across complex facilities and assets in industries including Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Natural Resources, Power & Renewables, and High-Tech / Semiconductor, Mr. Fultz is uniquely positioned to provide specific, actionable advice in solving complex challenges in project delivery and asset management.  As a practitioner, he continues to take a hands-on approach to delivery, working closely with clients by serving in interim management, engagement leadership, trusted advisor, SME, and solution architecture roles.  He also provides professional services related to business process improvement, organizational design and technology enablement to help clients work safer, improve efficiency, mitigate risk, and provide more predictable outcomes. 

Mr. Fultz has served in a variety of capacities to lead and support the delivery of large projects, programs and portfolios. He has worked with industry leading organizations such as BP, Oxy, BHP, Freeport-McMoRan, Intel, and Burns & McDonnell in support of delivering and optimizing construction projects – from site-based studies to some of the largest Mega Projects in the world.  Mr. Fultz’s background in project delivery coupled with his experience in information technology has established him as a leader in enterprise transformation, where he has designed, built, implemented, and configured a breadth of project portfolio management and controls technologies – including custom solutions as well as industry leaders Oracle Primavera and Hexagon ALI EcoSys. By applying his breadth of experience, Mr. Fultz has helped organizations minimize delays, maximize field productivity and improve the capital efficiency of project portfolios and operations.
