Stacy Carraway

Director, Alternative Energy Development at Phillips 66

Stacy Carraway is U.S director of alternative energy development for Phillips 66. In her current role, she leads U.S. electric vehicle (EV) strategy and business development. An economist, Stacy has 20 years of experience in risk management, regulatory, and business strategy positions within the risk management and oil and gas industries.

Prior to joining Phillips 66, she was long-range business planning coordinator for base oils at Chevron. Before her election to that position, Stacy served Chevron as America’s East value chain optimization sales and pricing specialist and Downstream Strategy’s carbon strategist. Her prior experience includes roles at CITGO Petroleum and Marsh & McLennan as well.

Stacy received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance and global management from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
